Who we are

Island is operated by Mats Bosson and Alexandra Sandberg. For any privacy question, email contact@island.ml.

What we collect, and why

When you book a call we collect the details you enter, your name, work email, company, and (optionally) what you’d like to discuss, together with the time slot you choose. We use these only to schedule the call and prepare for it.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the box on the booking form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Where it’s stored

Your data stays in the EU, on our own infrastructure. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list. A spam-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may run on the form; it is privacy-preserving and does not profile you.

Retention

We keep booking details only as long as needed to hold and follow up on the call, and delete them when they’re no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Email contact@island.ml and we’ll respond promptly.
